A Message from the Principal

I consider it a privilege and honour to be promoted as the Principal of Sri Vijay Vidyalaya College of Nursing & Research.

The institute offers a four-year Degree Programme in Basic B.Sc. Nursing. At our institution, we strive to shape knowledgeable, caring, and skilled nursing professionals. Our curriculum blends rigorous academic instruction with hands-on clinical training in quality healthcare facilities.

We focus on developing critical thinking, clinical competence, and the ethical values essential for modern healthcare. Nursing education empowers one to lift oneself from darkness to light.

Education should not be confined only to books; it should empower students to explore various avenues. Our students are young people with creative minds and ideas of their own. Each has innate abilities and individual strengths. As facilitators, mentors, and educators, it is our bound duty to identify their interests and inculcate the right values.

The focus of the institute is to develop each students personality and prepare nurses with the right knowledge, a kind heart, and a proper attitude. The faculty, non-teaching staff, and support staff strive to provide quality nursing education so that students can render standard nursing care in the healthcare field.
